Rose Garden

The Rose Garden is in the harbour of Siófok. You can see rose-bushes, shade is given by the gigantic might plane-trees, the humidity of lake Balaton creates some kind of paradise atmosphere.

The Cross-Balaton-Swimming is an event (between Révfülöp and Balatonboglár), which attracts a lot of people. Ambitious people can try their strength in swimming from the North to the South shore every year. The town put up a statue here of Kálmán Szekrényess,y who was the first man who swam cross the lake.
