The Zimek Brandy Manufactory started to operate in 2005 in Zamárdi, at the South Shore of the Lake Balaton. The founder, Roland Zimek, was based on the processing of the local fruits from the beginning. The Manufactory is committed to make the best quality product and give it to the guests.
